Stomach pains can be 1 of 2 things, either a diagnosable condition or undiagnosable conditionI have major undiagnosable stomach problems more severe than yours (more frequently i should say). The only thing the doctor can do is an ultrasound (no not for pregnancy) which will show whether you have an ulcer. If you have a problem with your stomach that doesn't physically show up they mark it as undiagnosable and give you pills. In my case i take the pill Dycyclomine which is actually made for people that have really bad diahrea even though I never do. Sometimes they have to treat your symptoms only as in this case if there's nothing physically to see that is wrong.Do you have a very high metabolism? Do you eat like a normal person (3 times a day) or like me (7 times a day no weight gain)? If you can afford to go to a doctor you need to go to an Internist / Internal Medicine Clinicand I think the questioner already had a test for IBS from what she said in her question but if not of course do that too!

You should probably go see a doctor. There are many number of things that could be triggered by stress that will affect your stomach, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

You may have Spastic Colitis; stress induced cramping in the lower intestine.Diagnosis is sympomatic - if the medicine for it helps, then that's probably what it is. Levsin, or its generic equivalent, is a smooth muscle relaxer and not expensive. The other part of treatment is learning to relax.I really suffered with it when I was a kid. Took a long time to actually get diagnosed.
