Divorce but still living together?

My husband and I live in Californai and we filed for divorce (no kids, assets or any community property) We filed all the papers, but the court returned the default papaers to use saying..."If both parties are still residing in the same residence, then each party must submit a declaration under penalty of perjury they are still living in the same household"OK, so we are still living in the same household and have decided to do so until out current lease expires in June 2008. So my question is, do I just type something out to the court saying the statement above for each of us and we sign?I'm trying to make sure I am not going back and forth to the court to turn in papers, so I want to be sure I have the correct document prepared when I go back to the court.

go to the calf. state web sight, click on divorce, go to forms, look for a declaration form. print 2 copies fill them out have them notarized and send them to the court or deliver them.
