Cetaphil does work a little better than just regular soap. It has a moisturizer in it that doesn't dry out your skin as much as regular soap. Call your dermatologist for the best results.

It's very good. It is very mild, so if you have sensitive skin it will not cause it to erupt with more acne/problems. It's on the pricey side, but still available at drug stores. Definitely worth a try.

Can be. Worked for my brother but not me. Acne products are a hit an miss. But I can tell you, you will need more then just saop. A three step method. because the soap does not completly clean you face. For one example you can try clinques three step . Or something similar.

Any antimicrobial or antibiotical soap will help with minor acne since it is important to keep acne prone skin clean. Depends on the individual and the severity of the acne, however, regarding how effective cetaphil will be. Standard treatment 30 years ago was antibiotics (particularly the cyclines and mycins). Later it was determined that long-term antibiotic use generated super infectious agents that were drug resistant. Therefore, what we're told today (i.e. "antiicrobial and antibiotical soap is effective") may be found to be counterproductive as more research is available! Medicine is changing all the time.

Take a lemon, cut it in half and juice it into a sponge. Mix 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of gelatin, and leave the sponge in this mixture overnight. In the morning add a light coating of tabasco sauce o the sponge. This will eradicate your acne.

It may work sometimes for mild acne. Take other precautions as well.

It is good, I buy the CVS Brand or Walgreens brand it is the samething but cheeper. I also bought my nephew the generic version of ProActive. It really worked for him. You can find that at drug stores too. It worked for him!

I wouldn't think of it as an acne treatment. Just gentle face wash. I use it to take my eye makeup off because its so gentle. Cetaphil wont really cause any problems, like clogging pores but it doesn't do anything to prevent breakouts either. You probably want something with benzoyl peroxide in it.

depends on the skin type. the cetaphil soap didn't work for me. i have oily and combination skin, so i used proactiv facewash, the toner, and the lotion, then after that absorbed, i used the cetaphil cream on my face to keep it moisturized throughout the day and keep it from drying out and causing more breakouts. acne topical treatments are tricky. some work and others just don't.
