muscle pain?

I have bad muscle pain in my ankle/muscle in front, by shin, it hurts so much when i walk, i started when i was in russia, i walked a lot, and i mean a lot, for few days, now i am putting on ice and taking ibuprofen, how long does it take for this type of muscle pain to heal? anything else i can do?

You have shin splints. Muscles down there are torn and damaged. See a Doc to be sure.

shin splints. i still suffer from them. it sounds weird but I use a rolling pin to rub up and down my leg muscles to relax them and it seems to be doing the trick.
