Can the Chemotherapy cause your fingernails to come out?

I've never heard that as a side effect of chemo, but everyone reacts to chemo differently. It's possible.

with chemotherapy there is so many different types. It depends on what type of cancer it is treating, the persons health, age, the aggressiveness of the cancer, etc. Each different type of chemo has different side effects. So it may depend on the type of chemo the person is having. My hubby had chemo and his nails did not fall out, but were really weak, similar to a newborns nails. They would just peel away.
