are there any risks to the meningitis shot?

any side effects?how severe are they?also, are there any allergic reaction that are common?also i am getting it along with my tatanus booster. is that okay or should i spread them out on seperate days? cause this is the first time i am getting the meningitis shot

i was allrighty, but i got the tetinis/whooping cough shot in my right arm, and it tightend up so much! it hurt really bad for the next couple of days. but i havent gotten tetinus or whooping cough since, so i guess it works..

if you take a shot and your immune system is very aggressive or not aggressive enough it can stay in your body and come back later (happened to my mom, she had a over protective immune system. got everything besides polio)
