How to get rid of knee pain,bachache,and pain in

the left chest? My age is 60yearsI have put on 3kg due to bipolar (doctors say due to your depression that was there 30 years ago)now i am fine and not depressed,Ihave plenty of supporting friends when I get this attack) and i feel lathagistic and drowsy as doctos keep on changing my medicine.I feel like they areusing me as on trial of drugs which suit this type of patients.

pain in the left chest always needs checking out, ask your doctor why he keeps changing your meds when most of them take weeks to get into your system anyway, fight the drowsiness by taking a walk outside and making sure you dont have lots of sugar or coffee it works short term but then you feel worse,some of the pains could be related a sore back can cause knee pain and a sore knee can give you backache through moving differently to compensate for the pain, also depression can give you aches and pains.
