pregnancy did you have little sharp pains in your stomach/abdomen? Like someone tiny is in there pinching you or stabbing you with something. The pain is not severe, it's more annoying than painful. It comes and goes. Did you experience this around week 4?FYI I'm taking a hpt tomorrow morning, I didn't get the chance to this morning. I would be 4 weeks if I'm actually pregnant. We bded the right days and I felt car sick yesterday and I'm getting those pains, so I'm hopeful. I just wanted to know if the sharp pains were normal around week 4 so that I don't have to worry about anything, and have a little hope that we conceived. Thank you for all of your answers that will eliminate some of my confusion and hold me over until tomorrow morning!!oh, and I'm not bleeding, so that's a plus.

i know exactky wat ur talking about. it felt like a sharp pain, like slight cramping, arouns the time my period would have come. When I asked my doc, she said that was normal, not to worry unless the pain became unbearable and i started bleeding. Thank god nothing like that happen. Good luck and god bless ur little one.!

Talk to your doctor at your next visit. I can tell you right off the bat that what you're feeling is perfectly normal. As a matter of fact, look at it as being a good thing. It's your body's way of letting you know that you're pregnant and things are moving along the way they should. Most likely it's just your stomach stretching as it makes way for the baby! It could also be a pregnancy cyst. DO NOT WORRY THOUGH!!! The cysts are completely harmless and they go away on their own after so many weeks. You can blame the pregnancy hormone for that one! I had one in the beginning of my pregnancy (about 5 weeks in) and it was just annoying as can be but it eventually went away after a few weeks. Again you should always mention things like this to your doctor just so you're sure that everything is okay. Good luck with your journey!
