I have white spots on my two upper front teeth they get bigger and smaller at times i hardly eat any sugar drink no coffee no soda usually only water brush my teeth 3 times a day and use rinse my dentist have never mentioned them and has said my oral hygiene is great ive never had any problems not even a cavity im 17 years old what could this be can it be removed if so how and about how much would it cost for both teeth? Thanksive had these for many many years like 5+

I have these too. I believe it is refered to as "decalcification" you may want to wikipedia it. I would say try whitening your teeth to get the teeth shades to look even.
If I remember the conversation correctly, this kind of thing can be caused by too much flouride (surprising, I know). Not because of too much brushing or whatever, but too much ingesting of flouride - do you ever accidentally swallow toothpaste or mouthwash, etc? If it bothers you, mention it to your dentist next time you see him/her, and ask them what they think. They'll be able to tell you what to do about it or organise something to be done. If they haven't mentioned it yet and they've been there for a while, I would imagine that it's nothing to worry about besides your personal cosmetic concerns. :)
