I have been wondering for a while now.Since there is almost no summoning circumstance aside from discarding one red-eyes black dragon, can you summon from your deck, your graveyard, etc?

No. If you could it would say that you could. If not then you can't just presume that you can. Red Eyes Darkness Dragons can only be summon from your hand after you have tributed a red eyes B. Dragon.

No, the card text says specifically that it can ONLY be summoned by sending 1 Red Eyes Black Dragon from the field to the graveyard. Although, if it is destroyed, you can use something to get it from the graveyard back to your hand, and then sacrifice another Red Eyes Black Dragon. But, it can only be summoned from your hand if you sacrifice a Red Eyes Black Dragon.

its like a tribute summon... Red Eyes Black Dragon has to be on the field in order to summon out that Red Eyes Darkness Dragon from your hand... a Ritual Monster like Paladin of White Dragon is another way to summon out the Blue Eyes White Dragon... as far as i know, no one has created a card like that for Red Eyes
