hi- when i woke up this morning i had severe pain going from my fingers in my left arm all the way up to my biceps. the pain seem to hurt the most in my upper arm and wrist. i am overweight and i am concerned that this could be heart related. i do not have any chest pain. the pain seems to be running right through the middle of my arm. please, any help would be appreciated.this is a new pain- i have not injured myself.
