My dad is having incredibly intolerable heart pain. He can barely bend down, he can't breathe properly, and the pain is extending up into the left side of his back. He won't listen to me and won't let me call an ambulance. What should i do?!!it's not matter of money really...with many problems in my parents' relationship is really the conflict...after everything that happened and everything i saw and all the threats i heard, its very hard to go against what he says....thank you all for the advice though..im only 15 an trying to deal with the situation as best as i can..he'll be alright though..

if he wont let you call the ambulance then Call 911!!!and say its not an ambulance..hahaha.or just drag him to the car and leave.bayer could work to.that might be a heart attack if its going down his arm....tell him to prss on his chest and if theres a spot where it hurts the most its not his heart.its either his ribs or muscles.cuz the heart wont hurt by applying force.you cant start or stop heart pain.its just there.....i've gone through open heart surgery and i have inflammed ribs... so i've been through it all!!!

If you have older siblings or older relatives or close family friends - then let them open your dad's mind about this. But if you feel his condition is too serious - then I would suggest you contact a physician (family physician, if applicable) then let him attend to your dad soonest. Symptoms like this should not be ignored - he might have heart problem or something that needs immediate medical attention.

(^_^)>Aspirin is the worst for it, but I have the same problem, and the best is to let the person relax a bit, usually is caused by stress, sometimes helps by let the person lay down in the opposite side of the heart... which is the right arm... --(^_^\)(^_^)>some people are more vulnerable to that and it affects their heart... If you see that is too painful, and he can`t move... or even talk. Don`t ask him, as that is the worst , because he will get more nervous and increases the chance of an heart attack. (%_%)"(^_^)>Just call an ambulance, he will thank you once he gets better. If he gets angry with you, just tell him that was for his own good as you were worried |(^_^)|(^_^)> ( Much better than if he dies in front of you, then you will blame yourself for the rest of your life for not calling an ambulance)
