How do i stop my depression?

When i was 1 in a half, my uncle jimmy died.I cant stop thinking about him and whenever im at my cousins house, ( his sons, the teenagers and the one adult, my aunt, my ma and dad) Whenever im there i get even more depressed, i cry so much, i pray so much, ever since he died ive been depressed. I pray before i go to sleep, then i have nightmares about him.And i dont know, but after i pray and i just close my eyes, ( not sleeping) I see him all staticiy, loud, strong, skipping voice, and big. But then when i close my eyes and i didnt pray, He looks perfectly normal. Weird things have been happening, and i dont know what the reason is, Weird dreams, depression, weird things, mist at my bed, Static, Help!Its even harder, My cousin looks like him, and my other one talks just like him. So many pictures of him, and when i look at them i cry. Its even tougher for my dad, cause it was his little brother, and my other uncles mean, and the other one is across the country! Help!! weird? dep.?

This is going to sound strange,and I know a lot of people do not believe in it.However,what you are seeing is your uncle actually visiting you.When he seems staticy,it is because you are draining his energy by being so depressed over his passing so he has to rely on his own energy to be there.When he looks strong,it is when you are strong and he is building off your love.The next time you see him,try talking with him.He may not physically move,but you will hear him deep down inside of you.As for your dad,when he gets down,remind him of the good memories of his brother.Your actually not as depressed as you think.You are just scared and don't understand your ability to see your uncle.I have had the ability to see loved ones who have passed since I was really young,and it mortified me at first.Fortunately,my mother believed me when I told her what I saw,and encouraged me to continue believing what I was seeing.Your uncle visits because he loves you and he knows how hard you took his passing.Cherish this,and know that he is always near,all you have to do is whisper his name.
