Yes you have to rub it over your entire body avoiding mucous membranes and the eyes. Put it liberally in the pubic area and leave it on for about 6 min. Then shower it off and I think you have to treat it like that a couple of times. Don't forget to treat the house and especially your bedding. All family members in the house should also be treated.

Scabies drug contain : (A) lindane 1% + usnic acid 1% or (B)permethrin. Drug contain A must apply for 24 hours every 7 days. Two times only. Brush your infection skin with soft brush when you take a bath, then apply the zalf.Drug contain B, same do, but only for once / single dose.Take vitamin, scabies only affected people with bad nutrition.

See your doctor for a proper diagnosis for scabies, as they are contagious, and is usually treated with prescription cream, lotion or a tablet may also be prescribed. Lice shampoo may work but it may also cause skin irritation.

I read the answers provided u from folks, about the scabies treatment. I just got diagnosed with scabies today, and did a lot of research on the internet concerning the medication, Elimite. Where lice shampoos are only 1 %. the lotion given for scabies ( permethrin) is 5 % and is therefore the only thing strong enough to kill the scaby mite. I dont believe there is anything you can take internally, to kill scabies. My druggist told me that Elimite is an excellent treatment, and is the no. 1 prescribed medication given from Doctors today for a scaby infestation. Good Luck, Loveyameanit,
