Whats a great stress reliever?

I have been stressed out lately and i wanted to know what you people do for stress.. so yea!

If you have a Walmart or other large discount type store, get BATHERAPY, the big plastic bottle with green powder in it. It has lithium in it too. It says something like, "Bathe away your aches and pains and sleep more soundly tonight."

Try yoga classes, take a hot shower or bath, drink herbal tea, just make some time to do something nice for yourself!

My suggestion might look odd. I subscribe to good life hacking blogs. Lifehack.org, Lifehacker.com, Dumb Little Man, Zen Habits, etc.

They are great stress busters!
