Ouch right in the middle of eating Pop Tarts.I eat with stress but mostly boredom.

I eat for a lot of reasons, most of them wrong. The time I stop eating is when I am spiritually fulfilled. When I am in communication with people who truly know how to love, my appetite for food gets so low, I have to remind myself to eat. :)
