If it's in LA's very real pornography business, yes. If it's the traditional Hollywood studios, no way.

Yes to kissing no to the sex...most of the time. There is a movie called "Shortbus" where it is real. Also i think the sex sceen between Shaggy 2 Dope and the fat chick in "Big Money Hustlers" was real....not sure about the second one tho...On the other hand, neither of these movies were "Hollywood" movies but not porn either.
