So ive been gone for a while from here and so has my motivation. I still think about my weight every day but I have such a sweet tooth that I cant seem to maintain my self control. its not like I binge or nothing sick like that but just want a snack or something sweet either between meals or right after. I dont usually over-eat my meals, I dont drink any soda (other than mabey once per month at the most) I prefer water and or iced tea. Im 145lbs now and my goal weight its 125, Ive lost 15lbs since i started and have been able to keep it off but I havent lost any more. I DO exercise about 3-4 time per week faithfully. I just have plateaud (sp?) and I know its b/c of the sweets I cant drop. HELP I average about 1200-1500 cals per day (50% sweets / and 50% actual health food) Im 5'0 tall and my weight is distributed very evenly, im smaller on top and have a butt on me. I just want to be healthy, so with so many questions in this "question" where do I go from here....advise- help!****Also I started about 8 months ago really strong working out 5-6 times per week but I realized I wanted a lifestyle not a diet, so please no crash diets although I am interested in "NV" suppliment for help with cravings, any thoughts...???

Oh how I hear you! I am also in the same predicament. I just love all food in general. I swear I am an adict.I have tried NV and it works the same as everything else out there. It really isnt making me lose weight or the craving to eat. I think I got better results with Dexatrim Max.I think as soon as the holidays are over, I am going to join weight watchers. I have heard they have really good results with the point system. You can still eat what you want as long as you stay within 24 points a day.
