foot problems?

For quite a few years now, I have to wear shoes with arch support (ex. birkenstock) or my feet are in pain instantly .... would this be a "fallen arch" ? Do any of you any experience in this....

Foot pain is often because of poor circulation and too much weight. Exercise, it'll fix both of those problems. If that doesn't work, go see your doctor.
