I would call your local Drs office and ask the nurse this question. Usually the two are not associated but there is always the exception to every rule. If you have swollen nodes, I would see the Dr just to be safe. It is nothing to mess around with. Porbably nothing, but better safe than sorry.

No, GERD doesn't lead to inflamed lymph nodes. They are probably a sign of infection, go see your doctor.
