does anyone have a good any idea how to cure

acid reflux? i cant eat veggies, beans, hot dogs, some citrus fruits ect. im tired of taking a pill (nexium) before i eat these foods is there any home remedys or store bought products to cure this?

Try eating smaller meals more frequently . . . also try to eliminate these foods one at a time to see if there is any type of food that causes your reflux more than others. Your body may react severely to one type of food and very little to another. I think Nexium is meant to be taken before you go to bed. Pepcid or something like that may be more effective if taken before a meal.

Definitely try to eat smaller amounts. If you eat to much, food will get pushed back up the sphincter at the top of your stomach and cause acid reflux. Try not to lay down after eating, that's also a common factor. After I've already got it, I usually try drinking a glass of milk and it seems to help.
