...circles!) HELP!? It looks like I wore sunglasses outside in the sun...But I haven't! It looks like I have no pigment under my eyes! The circles are a white as can be! I have tried tanning my face and it only make the difference more pronounced! This has never happened before...Why? What is causing it? HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!!!! (I don't want to just put makeup on it...How do I get it back like it was?)
