could i have breast cancer?

im 12 years old and i ahve noticed that my breasts are getting hard and they have lumps in them that are hard could i have breast cancer if not what is going on

maybe, but i seriously doubt it. 12-year-olds don't get breast cancer very often at all. but when you go have your next physical or check-up or you're sick, ask a doctor. because this could potentially be serious.
