Heart problems?? help...?

my mom has been complaining that she doesnt feel the need to go to the bathroom anymore. she just goes at the time she always goes. also she told me that she feels like there is a sharp stap through her heart .. the last couple of days her right side legs arms hands have been aching and sometimes.. what could it be..

Go see a doc immediatly could be number of reasons thats why its impt to see a physcican not enough of info does she smoke or take birthcontrol pills because they can lead to blood clots that could trigger a heart attack
