You could possibly have a urinary tract infection. In the beginning stages it doesn;'t cause much pain, but can cause spotty bleeding.

might be many causes some might be :

sounds like it might be a kidney infection or a kidney stone.i would see a dr. and soon.......bluedot

Possibly a bladder infection. Go see your doctor.

It could be a kidney infection or a urinary tract infection. Go see a doctor if you are seeing blood in your urine.
