Sorry but I've NEVER heard of an on-line dating service that offered a money-back guarantee. I know Match.com once did a free 3 day trial period. You sign up for a month and if you cancel your subscription in the 1st 3 days then you get your money back. I don't know if that was a one-time thing or if they still do that now and then.
