You draw the line although some cops are assholes and don't care. I was having an asthma attack and my BF wanted to go in the ambulance with me the police didn't want him to because he had been drinking, He refused to let me go my self and was tazered by a cop 4 times! He is epileptic so the "shock" caused him to seize, not knowing he was seizing the cop kept shooting him with the tazer, as I am trying to tell them to stop (that was almost impossible having an asthma attack) He was in turn taken to the hospital because the almost killed him by tazing him. The only thing that happened was the cop was fired.. bug deal.
