all this is going to do is cause your heart to beat irregularly , raise your blood pressure, cause insomnia and can even cause a slight psycosis if taken for long periods. there are no short cuts only excersise my friend.i was on the same medicine as you and the side effects far outweigh the bonuses.

if you work out it will. Just dont do anything too strenuous. ephadrine speeds up your heart, which increases blood flow and makes your muscles work harder. but if you are out of shape and try it with strenuous exercise, your heart can give out. just look at the mlb pitcher or the nfl lineman
