I still don't feel better from pneumonia

I've been sick for around two and a half weeks now, around five days ago I went to the doctors and they diagnosed me with pneumonia. I've taken the full antibiotic treatment and if anything I feel worse. My tempurature has never been higher than 99.9 but my overall I physically feel weak and tired. I've been irritable and depressed. My coughing is getting increasingly worse. Is this something I should be worrying about?

This is an old ayurvedic treatment. Mix a pinch of salt in warm water, and gurgle it. DO this for a couple of days. You will see improvement in no time at all!

for me i think, pneumonia is a big disease, it might cause a more big diseases. first w e get fever and then pneumonia and then ulcer and then finally we break down.
