Ok this is like my 4th post in the last hour. I have a headache that I have had come and go for about a week. With it I have a low grade fever. My eyes do feel a little strained at times, but I am able to stare into lights and loud sounds do not bother me. Also, my neck has not been stiff in the least. I have had a little nausea, and I have been hacking up yellowish stuff at times, not a lot though. What could this be?I can put my chin on my chest with ease, I play my guitar really loud and it doesn't bother me....and the headache / fever aren't constant...just comes and goes....and it seems to get worse when I keep worrying....Also forgot to throw this one out....last Friday, I woke up in the morning and when I yawned it felt as if water was swishing in my ear, and it done that for a few days...so yeah there ya go...

get yourself checked out, if you had a stiff neck i would hope you will be in the hospital now. go for a check up to make sure you are o k because you might have walking pneumonia.
It can be a mild state of meningitis, to rule it our you should seek a doctors opinion, get some labs and/or x-rays. Where you immunize for Pneumonia and/or HIB? If your symptoms are not severe maybe a couple of things caught you at the same time. Like a migraine (those can last more than a few days) with a winter cold. When you do hack up yellowish stuff it usually means infection. ANTIBIOTICS, seek DOCTOR.

well if you had memingitis it would make you feel like you are just in the middle of having a cold. but if these things keep coming thn you might REALLY want to see the doctor instead of just asking random people on the internet
