I eat regualarly3 times a day, and usually alot too. Im a growing boy eh? Anyways i noticed in the past 2 weeks that ive been kind fo constipated. And that though i eat three times day i dont always have a bowel movement. Maybe once a day ill have one, and theyre usually very small. I used to have one after like every big meal, i could count on it like clockwork. But not anymore. I have wierd pains on the left side of my stomach, like fullnes and preasure and bloating. It feels like my body is taking a long time to process what i eat now. I feel nausea and kind of want to throw up after a meal but i dont. Its usually not that intense but i know if i tried i would be able to easy. I feel like a baloon. Any ideas?
