...congestive heart failure? We are considering it for my 73 year old grandmother. It would use fetal cells, and be an outpatient procedure a couple of hours long administered though an IV. The company is Medra in the Dominican Republic, if anyone has had experiance with them. Also, there are supposed to be absolutly no risks, so if anyone knows more about any possible risks, please let me know.
