Hi, I am 33 weeks pregnant and something weird is happening today. I am not sure if I have stomach problems or I am having something else. It is too early for me to go into labor and I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow morning. I just do not want to scare everyone if it is just stomach pains, especially if I am going to see my Dr. tomorrow. Here are the symptomsI have diarrhea- like pains (but no diarrhea) and pressure in my abdomen. The pain comes and goes, and does not stop even after I went to the bathroom. I just want to make sure if someone experienced anything like this.

could be early labor or braxton hicks. Go ahead and call your doc, he may want to see you before tomorrow.edit:time your stomach pains from the start of one to the start of the next if they are coming at regular intervals its labor.

It could be braxton hicks contractions or what some people call practice contractions. Its your bodys was of preparing itself for the birth. Does it feel like a tightening? I had braxton hicks from around 33 weeks and sometimes it was quite painful until I got used to it. If it very painful just ask your midwife or doctor and they'll check you out or put your mind at rest

Sounds a bit like contractions. It depends on whether its your whole abdomen or not. If the pain local to one side of the abdomen or you start to run a fever, go the emergency room to make sure its not any sort of infection. If it turns out to be contractions and you do go into early labor, don't stress too much. The baby is developed enough to survive at this oint any may not even have an extended hospital stay. My daughter was born at 29 weeks and now she is a healthy & smart 11 year old with no issues from the prematurity.
