It's a nerve thing. nothing serious unless such a pain increases or lastes beyond a half hour or so.Everybody get these dang things and they're scary but harmless most of the time.

It could be anything from a benign pain to a sinus infection. I would take a pain killer like Tylenol or Advil and go to bed.
