I lived in CT all my life and for the last 8 years I was in Pain Management for RSD. I moved to MA 3 years ago and went through hell trying to find a pain management doctor. I was commuting every month but in the winter it got too hard. Finally I got a regular doctor and told her the situation and she said she could perscribe my medication, which is all I need now. After 8 -9 years therapy and all that other stuff is pretty useless. So I'm happy now, I get my perscriptions every month and that's all I need. Maybe you could ask your doctor where to go. Good luck
