I have hyperflexibility, which leaves me in aganising pain 24/7. Anyone know something that could help?I also have trouble holding a pen for long periods of time but I need to be able to for my school tests, any thoughts on how i could reduce the pain or anything like that?

You should see a pain management specialist. They can help you come up with physical therapy that will help along w/ pain meds that can assist with the pain. The long term goal is to strengthen your body so you don't have to rely to medicine your whole life. They also monitor your meds so you don't get addicted or dependent and offer links to counsiling if you need to discuss the stress of your condition. Good luck

i had pretty good results with a neuropathic drug called Neurontin..right now i take something similar for the same problemotherwise, heat (like the heating pad) is the only thing that make mine feel betteryou could try an anti-inflammatory, like Advil...i had no luck with those though..they made me sick to my stomach
