...wanting a kid of your own? Ive been with my bf for 2 years now and we're gonna be married soon. He has an 8 year old daughter who he has full custody of and has since she was 3.we are now trying for our first child together ( been trying for about 2 months ) ..and its really hard TTC and being disappointed when it hasnt happened yet. Ok sweetie first of all try to limit the stress and chances are you will get pregnant oh and here is a good one for ya have sex everyday and walah you will be pregnant within a month lol always worked for me!!

Yes, I am dating a single father also. But just we are not trying to have children together just yet. 2 months is not a lot time to be stressing over not getting pregnant. I think the normal time period that is considered normal to get pregnant is about 1 1/2 to 2 years of unprotected sex, before you are considered having fertility issues. I know people who it took about 1 year for them to get pregnant, it just depends on the person. Since you aren't married yet, you should wait till then, so you can fit into your dress and enjoy the married life of just the two (three) of you first before bringing in another life. (Unless you are at the age where you need to hurry it up!)
