...sleep due to congestive heart failure? I had to put my beagle down on Monday , I was so upset, don't understand how this could come on so quickly she was fine then all of a sudden she's gone.

I'm so sorry. I haven't dealt with congestive heart failure but had a similar experience with a dog and cancer. He was fine and then he was not. My heart goes out to you.

I'm sorry for your loss.Sometimes these things seem to come up from no where. I think they hide things from us as long as they can.I lost my Sheltie like this last yr. She was fine one day then had a stroke, it was a down hill battle after that. I know this wasn't easy for you.

I am so sorry to hear about your dog. I have had a beautiful chocolate lab die of kidney failure two months after I rescued her from the pound. I like to think that those were her happiest two months of her life.
