You may have a circulation problem. You should see a doctor asap.

maybe u are having a circulation problem i would definitely go to the doctors and find out whats going on.

You may have Raynaud's syndrome. It could be peripheral neuropathy, Vascular disease, etc. Its something dealing with circulation. You would have to go to the doctor to get it checked out.

well... from wut ive found..there could be a couple reasons...i doubt its from frost bite(cause its summer, nless u live in alaska)wut it could be if is the following reasons:Paresthesia:an abnormal burning or prickling sensation which is generally felt in the hands, arms, legs, ect.the following could be causes of paresthesia:-Traumatic nerve damage -Nerve entrapment -Nerve compression -Peripheral neuropathy -Stroke -Transient ischemic attack -Multiple sclerosis -Transverse myelitis -Encephalitis -Brain tumor -CNS tumor -Arteriovenous malformation - pressing against brain and CNS -Diabetes -Diabetic neuropathy -Hypothyroidism -Vitamin B12 deficiencies -Alcoholism -Heavy metal poisoning -Lead poisoning -Arsenic poisoning -Nerve entrapment syndromes -Carpal tunnel syndrome -Rheumatoid arthritis -Systemic lupus erythematosus you could also have foot numbness because of:-Foot paresthesia -Peripheral neuropathy -Diabetes -Diabetic peripheral neuropathy -Intermittent claudication those are some possibilities... i would definately call the doctor or someone and tell them too.to help u some more, i went to the following url for this info:http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/symptoms/foot_numbness/causes.htmhope everything is okay!

You need to see a neurologist. You don't have to be diabetic to have nerve damage in your feet.

You don't have to be a diabetic to have neuropathy but only a doctor, neurologist can tell you why. May take some testing so be prepared.
