PLEASE HELP!.... beginning of a miscarriage?

I am 13 weeks pregnant today, and at 6:30pm I bled a little. Not considered spotting I wouldnt say, but not nearly enough to soak a sanitary napkin. Now, at 10:30pm I am spotting very lightly, a brownish color.Please help, I am extreamly nervous and upset since it's too late to call my doctor until tomorrow.thank you so muchalso... I have mild cramping(Im sorry I wasnt very specific) I only bled for a few seconds and since then its extreamly light spotting, brown in color, with some very mild abdominal cramps

Spotting is different than bleeding. Brown is good when it comes to spotting. That being said please take it easy for the night and get some rest. In the morning call your doctor, it could be nothing but better safe than sorry. Good luck.

Go to the ER for now .. unless it stops completely.. just put your feet up for the night and rest... take it easy and no heavy lifting.. GOOD LUCK

this is the beging of ur pregnancy ur body is still getting use to the baby your hormones are out of wack do u have pain with it like cramping then u should definetly go to the er... I am a mother of 5 and had 1 miscarriage so a little spotting is normal but with pain is series and heavy bleeding series... good luck and i will have u in my prayers

The first three months I was pregnant, I bleed on and off and I had a healthy, normal son. I also bleed with my first pregnancy and that turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. You can never tell so I would say if you're worried, go to an emergency room and get checked out. I would.
