Other than that, blood or sex.Hep B virus may possibly be spread by exposure of mucous membranes to saliva, but you cannot get it from food or water, sneezing or coughing, breastfeeding, handshakes, hugs or casual contact.and Hep A through feces or sexual contacteating or food that has been prepared by someone with hepatitis A even water contaminated with Hep A like some poor countries. .
