A good place for a wealth of info would be to go to http://www.webmd.comYou can find links to all kinds of things that might be for you. Another thing I would look into is a water yoga class. It can really be a big help. Don't forget the support groups too. You can find all kinds of info about homeopathic remedies that can be of benefit to managing RA. Good luck...

I obtain relief from the symptoms of arthritis by exercising the affected area. A physiotherapist can advise if exercise would help and should be able to recommend exercises that are suitable

Can i ask how old are you? I've had arthritis since i was 10 years old I'm now 25, I find the best thing that helps me is hot and cold dip: first put your joint in as hot as possible water for 10 minute then straight into ice cold water for 10 minute keep doing this for half an hour or you can feel the relieve. Otherwise ask your doctor for SALAZOPYRIN its works wonders. I hope this helps you.

There are literally 100's of different types of both Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis!Without knowing which you suffer from and just what Liver damage you have I'd be hesitant to suggest even the herbal remedies I do know. Most don't kill the pain but help keep movement in the limbs and swelling down.Have you ever considered a Tens machine? I suffer from a spinal form of OsteoArthritis and a different type of Arthritis in my joints and find painkillers have to be taken in too large a dose to allow me to function normally, I'm so doped I daren't even drive, or stop working after a very short time. My pain clinic consultant recommended the Tens and I do find it very helpful, and unlike the only other drug I've found that works it's legal! I do wish the Medical Community in this Country would allow the Cannabis based drug Sativex to be licensed for more than MS! Talk to your Doctor or Consultant about the Tens it would be worth a try and as it's drug free pain relief it won't have any impact on your Liver.Good Luck.
