Ok i know there have been a lot of questions on this subject. I am 5'5 and about 170. I would like to lose around 30 pounds. I try to do cardio and wieght training at least 5 times a week. But what type of diet should I do? I gain all of my weight in the middle. Its very unflattering. I just need a detailed plan I can stick to..and one that is cheap. I am a college student with a low budget. Thanks!

eat 1200 calories! you are supposed to eat 2000 calories a day!!! so this is a diet but its not going to hurt your body.I did this for my wedding...I would eat an apple or something for breakfast, i bought veggies and rice meals for lunch...(quick and easy and taste really good) and then i know dinner i could eat whatever was made but cut my portions in half....instead of using a big plate i used a small one so it looks like im eating alot but im not!!!I drink nothing but water...its 0 calories so i can have as much of it as i want...I started this about a month ago and lost 30lbs....not just from the diet also exercise but you said you do that...so cut calories and it will just melt off the healthy not starving yourself way!!!Oh and the veggie meals are in the freezer isle by the frozen veggies and they have cheese sauce on them and i buy 10 for 10 so it won't break the bank!Best of Luck....

You need to make gradual changes in your lifestyle and diet that will last you a lifetime - or you'll just gain the weight that you loose. Add components of a healthy diet for a start - you don't need to aim at a huge change.
