If you find yourself crying almost every day, you might like to talk to your local GP who can refer you to a psychologist if necessary. They can help you with the depression and teach you how to effectively manage stress :) You could also try talking to you mother, best friend, or other trusted person about your worries. Just knowing you have their support might make you feel better. In the meantime, try to avoid stimulants like caffeine etc.... this will only increase your anxiety levels....

i too, am easily get stressed out specially during the exam week of my kids, and if it coincides with my period (it normally takes 2 weeks before my period that i get those dilemmas). I really thought that life's stresses get me to the threshold of insanity. As you have said, it made you cry a lot, I would say that crying will do you good, or focus on something before you face your stressful activities...in my case, i would indulge in something i love to do the most, like window shopping, read my fav. books, or sing the karaoke, or ventilate myself by chatting with friends and cry my heart out before "facing the battlefield" or get yourself a haircut..or wear something nice to uplift your morale...or eat your fav. candy bar...and in the process, try to convince yourself or psyche yourself up that you're doing ok ...who knows, one of them might just work. Goodluck.

What works is surrendering your resistance to life. Stress is a direct result of resisting life. Accepting life also eliminates a great deal of your negative thinking.Whatever arises, let it be..... including yourself, as you are.
