Yeah, you should wear gloves. I suppose if it's a blanket then price it as a blanket. I'm guessing you work at a dry cleaners?

First off if you are handling anything that has blood on it you should always wear gloves, eye protection and a lab coat. It some of the laundry has hepatitis there are inoculations that you should be administered before handling the laundry. Also I would be very careful there are no needles in the laundry. I have known people who launder doctor scrubs to be poke by needles in the scrubs. I would charge extra for anything that may have biohazards. And I would check all the OSHA regulation in regards to this.

As long as it is not fresh, like if it were blood and it is dry you should be good. Just to make sure make sure you do not have any cuts on your hands, do not put the stuff in your mouth, and if you want to be extra safe rubber gloves would be used. This is the same as if you were going swimming with someone that has HIV, its only a myth that you will get it.

If your charging for the laundry then no price difference as it does not require any different treatment. As for catching anything, the viruses themselves don't live on blankets, loo seats etc. The linen will contain no contamination. For your own peace of mind wear a mask and gloves as you may feel uneasy doing it but you won't catch anything. These viruses live in living things, us, and can only be passed by intimate contact.

no need for masks. Wear gloves to handle soiled laundry wash it at 60 degrees. No idea how to price it. Should be the same as any other laundry.
