i think i am having a miscarriage?

i have been bleeding for 7 days now with brown, stringy light blood then all of a sudden a rush of red blood really heavy, 1 super tampon every 2 hours heavy... after i pulled out a tampon a dark brown sack came out afterwards, it wasnt like a blood clot but a sac that slipped right out.... my last peroid was 15th sep and only now this happens... its been 8weeks since that last period, i havent had hardcore cramps, just normal period pain... i have looked on the net and it sound like i am having a miscarriage... what does everyone else think? im going to make an appointment with the dr tomorrow, i am wearing a pad tonight to see exactly what is coming out...please.... any answers will be greatly appreciated...

I don't think I would wait to make an appt.I would definitely go to the emergency room.

I'm sorry to say, it's a very good possibility you miscarried. Sounds pretty close to my experience in January. By the way I was only 6wks when I miscarried and the ER nurse told me there was nothing they could do to tell, because a heartbeat is not detectable that early on. But with you losing the sac, it's almost positively a miscarriage.
