well i don't know about the cockroaches but i don't think that house dust can cause asthma. typically, houses without dust are more likely to cause asthma in children at an early age because of common cleaning products and they don't develop an immunity to the bacteria sometimes found in common house dust.

Yes. The house dust contains dust mites which cause many of the indoor allergy and asthma problems. Many people are also allergic to roach droppings that why they wheeze, couch etc.

Yes definetely, anyways you shouldn't live in those kinds of conditions. No offense. If you are living like that and can't clean because of the asthma you should hire a maid, it will be easy for you to keep up with the house once it is clean and there is very little dust, and if the house is clean there won't be cockroaches.Hope I Helped!
