You should see a doctor. I think bronchitis is rather serious. But wait and see if anyone has good suggestions. Take care.

if you smoke. stop. the doctor will probably prescribe you an anti-biotic just in case it was caused by bacteria. anti-inflammatories will probably help treat the symptoms.

I bet you're a smoker. If you are, STOP. Don't say you can't cause I quit 7 years ago, which means YOU CAN. I had bronchitis ALL THE TIME when I smoked. I have hardly even COUGHED, let alone had bronchitis, since I quit. If you either Don't smoke OR you are not around smokers constantly, than see a doctor. You may have serious lung problems. I bronchitis about three times a year and the best thing that I can tell you to do is to drink lots of fluids to get the stuff out of you. The more you drink the faster it will get out of your system. The other thing is to get lots of rest and don't over work your self. For the cough I would recomind those throat strips, a vapor rub scream ( vicks) and to have a pillow that you can hold so that it doesn't hurt as much when you cough.Hope this helps and I hope you feel better soon!!!!:)

* For bronchitis: warm castor oil planet leaves on a pan. Cool and spread on the chest for the night (be ware! castor oil planet is poisonous). * Mix mustard powder and equal amount of flour and water. Smear on the chest area. Be ware! Some people have sensitive skin so the mustard might sting, test on a small area first. * Bronchitis treatment: drink fresh cabbage juice everyday. * Pour a cup of boiling water into a cup with grind/ cut horseradish root, wait 5 minutes and drink. Repeat 3 times a day. * Put half a teaspoon of licorice root tea in a cup of hot water, wait 10 minutes, strain and drink. Repeat 3 times daily to treat bronchitis.
