Hi everyone,I am 18 and 5'5 and weigh about 8st. I am doing some exercises at the moment. I am doing 9 different exercises to tone my tummy, sides and legs. I am only doing 50 at the moment as a start off but will rise to 75 then 100 etc etc. I am looking to tone up for about Febuary/March. I am doing these exercises everyday (if not everyday it would be 5-6 days a week) Do you think id be tonned up by then? Also does anyone know any good exercises apart from sit ups, crunches for the rib area?Thank you in advanceThanks everyone. Esp Yamking7Thanks everyone! So helpful!

Do 100 crunches a day.

Walking has always helped me slim down and tone up all over. I also really like those big exercise balls - I use them for crunches and squats, and it's a whole lot nicer on my back an knees (though at 18 you might not be worrying about that as much ;-) )

This really works trust me ^_^This Quizz is actiolly profesionally made...to see what is your body type...and to give the best addvises to tone it as your body type gows^^. You need to understand every body type (Hourglass, Spoon, Ruler or Cone) might have a different rootine of different exercises^^. If you wanna do what proper best for you, then teake this Quizz, after you'r dun, and know what is your boddy tipe...they'll give you exacly the resepy to getting in perfect shape......just reemember to do it, and be totally confident of yourself^_^
