It sounds counter-intuitive, but I've heard hot peppers. Extracts from them are used in surgery for healing now, as well.

something simple. Salted top crackers and ginger ale work best. Also ginger bread cookies. Not milk! Produces more acids

I heard Rice Soup is the best. I live in Korea right now and when I had a stomach flu they gave me a shot and told me to only eat rice soup. It is nasty to me but I tried it anyway. After I couldn't take it any longer I resorted back to Chicken Noodle Soup. Since I am not Korean and not used to Rice everyday I had to do something different. But if you like Rice this may be the way to go. Not sure if it will settle it, but it will be some nutrition to take in while you are sick. Saltine Crackers always help to settle and Seven Up for a drink.

Crackers help to settle your stomach and ginger ale usually helps too. Stir it for awhile before drinking it so that there isnt to much carbonation. Also sucking on orange slices gives you the vitamin C you need to get well. Hope you feel better soon.
